After you have made any changes to items or item assignments, it is important to extract your items to Catalog so that your changes may reflect in iProcurement.
Purchasing Super User --> Setup --> E-Catalog Admin --> Loader Values

Click on Loader Values

Click on Extract Items
A concurrent request is launched.

View --> Requests --> Find
[caption id="" align="alignnone" width="751" caption="Find Request"][/caption]
Once the ‘Catalog Data Extract – Items’ request is completed successfully, the changes you made will reflect in iProcurement.

Dear All,
ReplyDeleteAfter the Item Extract, you need to run the "Catalog Data Extract - Purge". This is important for removing unnecessary items that may not be required from the iProcurement stores.
